North West Business Leaders Urged to Apply for Lead2Grow 2026

Business leaders and entrepreneurs across the North West have just days left to apply for the prestigious Lead2Grow 2026 business growth programme.

Applications officially close at 12 noon on Friday 18 September.

Delivered in partnership with Donegal County Council and Babson Executive Education, who are globally renowned for entrepreneurial education, this intensive programme is designed specifically for SMEs and founder-led businesses looking to scale, enter new markets, and elevate their leadership capabilities.

Taking place from 9th to 11th November, business owners will explore critical growth pillars, including international scaling strategies, smart marketing, financial planning, and building high-performing organisational cultures.

Steven O'Reilly of O'Reilly Sports who took part in the programme previously, is encouraging business to sign up. He said:

The Lead2Grow programme takes place on 9th – 11th November 2026 and is delivered in partnership with Babson Executive Education and Donegal County Council with funding by the Government of Ireland and The Executive Office.
